Earlier today, the leadership of the Southern Nigeria Youth Congress (SNYC) had a significant consultative visit to the Palace of the Dein of Agbor Kingdom, who also serves as the Secretary to the Southern Traditional Rulers Council. The delegation was led by Comrade Emordi Ugochukwu Caleb GCA, President General of SNYC, and Hon. Ayomiotan Adebusuyi Adeleke, National Secretary, along with members of the National Planning Committee for the Southern National Stakeholders Converge.
The purpose of the visit was to brief His Majesty about the upcoming event, extend a special invitation to him as a guest of honor, and deliver the invitation letter for the Southern Traditional Rulers Council through him to the Chairman, the Ooni of Ife.
His Royal Majesty expressed his delight with the vision and ideas presented by the SNYC team. He acknowledged the importance of such a convergence of Southern stakeholders at this strategic time and offered his guidance to the team. His Majesty also prayed for the success of the event and assured the team of his support. He promised not only to work towards attending the event but also to encourage other members of the Traditional Rulers Council to participate.
